These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of aevalisco.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All products are subject to availability. We may change prices, product descriptions and product availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed — for example where a product is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; a contract is formed when we dispatch it. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor, and we do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to use automated systems to scrape or overload it.

9. Intellectual property

The AEVALIS name, logo, site design, text, photography and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

This site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services such as our payment processor and fulfilment partner. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
